Please note that we will act as a data processor for our customers, which are the licensees of our Platform and, generally, the employers of our users. The data processing terms and conditions related to this Platform have been agreed upon with customers in the User License Agreement for this Platform.

Data origin and categories

We will process the personal data that you may provide us through the sign up form as well as through other means. This personal data generally includes first name, last name, year of birth, email, your relationship and longevity with your company, country, and any other that you may provide us through drop-down or open-response text boxes.
In addition to the data collected through the form, we may collect and process other personal data such as any other data which may be generated during our communications and/or performance of the services, or Platform usage and metrics. This includes survey responses about your observations or perspectives, which are part of our services to you and, ultimately, to our customers, navigation metrics, connectivity and other usage information.
Finally, please be aware that when you provide us with your data you guarantee its veracity and/or accuracy. Therefore, you will be responsible for any false or inaccurate representations made by you, as well as for the damage caused as a result of the same to Hubble_s or other third parties.

Data storage

We shall retain your data for as long as we are providing you with our services. This will allow us to manage it correctly and to send you any information of interest to you in a way that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed. The above rule will apply as a default unless you request the erasure of your data. In such cases of erasure of data, we are generally unable to continue providing services to the user in question.
Once the processing of your data is no longer adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed, we will retain your data duly blocked and only for the purposes of discharging potential responsibilities as requested by regulations. Likewise, we may retain your data for analysis purposes in a totally anonymous way so as to render your identification impossible, as a result of which such data will no longer be considered personal data.

Recipients

Note that, in some cases, we will act as your employer’s processor and, therefore, such rights should be addressed by your employer.

The right to withdraw consent

In principle, we do not rely on consent to process your data.
